Welcome to Catatonia! This is my own little corner of the internet where I blog, collect graphics that I find around the internet, create shrines for my interests and things I hold dear to me, and create pages about my characters and worldbuilding projects!

Catatonia is a website for my own personal use, as I'm sure many other sites hosted on Neocities are. I created it back in 2022, though I didn't have any ideas for it for about a year. In 2023, I began coding a homepage and other offshoot pages such as a blog and a section about me, the webmaster, but I didn't like it and decided to scrap it. I began working on it again in May of 2024, and now I have a website I'm actually proud of. :)

There are many sections for you to explore, and I hope you enjoy looking through my website as much as I had fun making it... Thank you for visiting!

Who is the webmaster of CATATONiA?

Hello! That would be me, Neo! I'm a just a simple teen boy who likes to blog (anyone on my close friends story on Instagram can attest to that LOL) and code, as well as a variety of other things.

Why did I make this website? Well, again I like to blog and code, but I also just wanted a place that was uniquely me. Most social medias nowadays don't have the option to let you customize your profile. Of course you can add a profile picture, and maybe a banner, and customize your bio, but that's all you can really do... I desire creativity when it comes to expressing myself online. Prior to my dedication to Catatonia, I made many Carrds and Rentrys with info about me. There were some issues I found with both sites, so I decided I would make my own COMPLETELY customized site that I could do whatever I wanted with!!!
